  • Understand that we are not employees of your business, and we do have other clients that also require our attention;
  • Be accountable for your actions, and always keep us posted of any issues that may arise, so that we can investigate thoroughly and retrain where needed;

  • Deal ethically and fairly with all clients, contractors, colleagues, team members of Off-Site Reception and members of the public;
  • Will not partake in any illegal or unethical activity to the best of your knowledge.
